Download Not Available

The Download column shows "Expired"

Download links are valid for approximately 12 hours after a run completes. If the Download column shows Expired, the links have lapsed.

To get fresh download links:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions screen.
  2. Click the Run Now icon (download arrow) for the subscription.
  3. Wait for the run to complete (status reaches SUCCESS).
  4. Click the subscription row to open Subscription Details and download the new files.

Note: Running again counts against your daily run limit on the free tier (10 runs per day).

The Download column shows nothing (—) after a successful run

  • The subscription may not have a completed run yet. Check the Status column — if it shows IN PROGRESS, wait for it to complete and then refresh.
  • If status is SUCCESS but the Download column shows nothing, click the row to open Subscription Details. If no download section appears there either, the run may have completed without producing output (for example, the dataset was empty). Check the Rows loaded field in the run history.

No download section appears on Subscription Details

  • The subscription may be in FAILED or INACTIVE status with no previous successful run.
  • The most recent successful run's download links may have expired and no new run has been completed.

Run the subscription again to generate new download links.

If a file download starts but fails before completing:

  • Check your network connection.
  • Try the link again — the pre-signed URL remains valid until its expiry time.
  • If the link has expired (the countdown on the Subscriptions screen reached 0), run the subscription again to generate new links.

The API returns 409 on GET /data/{id}/files

A 409 response from the download endpoint means the subscription exists but has no completed successful run yet. Poll GET /v1/tasks/{id} until ingestion_status is SUCCESS, then retry the download endpoint.

The API returns 400 "Subscription not found" on GET /data/{id}/files

The subscription ID does not match a subscription you own. Verify the ID by listing your subscriptions: GET /v1/tasks.
