Geo Data Connector
Geo Data Connector lets you discover, retrieve, and download geospatial data from open and authenticated data services — all from a browser, with no software to install.
You search for or explore a data service, choose the datasets you need, subscribe to them, and download the resulting files. Load those files into any data platform or analysis tool you choose. Geo Data Connector handles the discovery and retrieval; you decide what to do with the data.
What you can do
- Search for geospatial datasets by keyword, or explore a data service by URL.
- Browse the hierarchy of a data service — from the service itself down to individual datasets — and inspect each dataset's title, description, column schema, coordinate reference system, and geographic extent.
- Subscribe to datasets so Geo Data Connector retrieves them for you. On-demand subscriptions run once and can be re-run at any time; recurring schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) are available on the paid tier.
- Monitor each subscription to see its current status and run history.
- Download your retrieved data files to use in any tool.
- Automate using the API with a Personal Access Token — or connect an AI coding assistant to drive the full workflow programmatically.
